Who We Are
Phillips Barristers & Solicitors was founded in 1990 and in the
last 35 years has grown to become a respected
medium size law firm based in Gibraltar. Our primary area of
expertise is litigation, but we also act for
clients in non-contentious commercial matters, shipping, and
private client work, and other areas. We practice in all the
Gibraltar Courts: the Magistrates Court, the Supreme Court, the
Court of Appeal, and in the highest court for Gibraltar, the Privy
Council in London.
